The trailer only weighs 2,800 pounds due to its all aluminum sub-frame, sidewalls, wall studs and roof. The trailer has a $2,700 Honda 5500 watt generator. The gas tank is separate from the generator (inside cabinet), as is the control panel that monitors the operation. The trailer features custom all aluminum storage cabinets (both the cabinets at the front of the trailer and the overhead cabinets). The 4,000 # winch can pull any size vehicle safely into the trailer.

 

Pit Pal accessories are throughout the trailer. On the trailer door is a cabinet/shelf unit. Numerous pieces fill the interior of the trailer. The chair holder, fuel jug holders, cable tie, bungee cords, hold downs, oil shelves, radio shelf, differential shelves are all custom made. The trailer has a low profile roof to add in fuel economy (all custom and extra cost). There is also an external door for the air compressor compartment and the generator compartment.

 

A custom canopy is included that has custom-made sidewalls and roof. The tubing sections and connectors are all included. This costs over $2,000 alone. A custom hitch comes with the trailer ($750), with load stabilizing bars. The exterior halogen lights permit you to work, dry under the canopy, all night long -- and I've been known to do this! The graphics are a bonus -- $1,500 worth.
