Unique design features

Not only does the second floor have radiant heat, there are also three climate controlled HVAC systems. You have back up, humidified forced heat and air conditioning. Also, the garage has a separate heater so you can get into a warm car in the winter.

The house has hardwired smoke detectors, heat detectors, and motion detectors. The exterior gates can be automatically operated inside and any visitor can be viewed on the monitor while you talk to the individual on the phone.

Multiple security panels (3 total) are strategically located throughout the house. The system automatically dials the police/fire in the event of a problem.
